Ridewell Global Terms and Condition

Ridewell Global provides various chauffeur and driver-for-hire services. Clients agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These conditions are designed to ensure safety, professionalism, and excellence in customer experience.

  • 1. Booking & Confirmation

    • - All bookings must be made via our website, phone, or approved channels.
    • - A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
    • - Emergency/last-minute requests are subject to driver availability.
  • 2. Service Scope

    • - Ridewell Global provides vetted chauffeurs and drivers for personal, corporate, and event transportation.

    • - Our drivers must not be engaged in illegal or unsafe activities.
  • 3. Pricing & Payment

    • - All services are subject to Ridewell's published rates at the time of booking.
    • - Payment must be made in full before service is confirmed.
    • - For last-minute/emergency requests, payment must be completed immediately upon booking.
    • - Drivers will not be deployed until Ridewell confirms payment.
  • 4. Driver Conduct & Responsibility

    • - Ridewell chauffeurs/drivers are trained to maintain professionalism and discretion.
    • - Drivers will not operate vehicles in unsafe conditions (e.g., mechanical failures, excessive load).
    • - Drivers reserve the right to decline unsafe or unlawful requests from clients.
  • 5. Client Responsibility

    • - Clients must treat chauffeurs/drivers with respect at all times.
    • - Clients are liable for any damage to vehicle/property caused by them or their guests.
    • - Clients must disclose any special security needs (e.g., request for SPY Police driver).
  • 6. Safety & Security

    • - All chauffeurs/drivers undergo background checks and training.
    • - Ridewell is not liable for accidents arising from client-owned vehicles that are not roadworthy.
    • - Clients must wear seatbelts at all times.
  • 7. Cancellations & Refunds

    • - Cancellations made 12-24 hours before service: 50% of fare charged.
    • - Cancellations made under 12 hours before service: 85% of fare charged.
    • - No-show without cancellation: 100% of fare charged.
    • - Emergency bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
    • - Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7 working days.
  • 8. Liability

    • - Ridewell Global is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
    • - Our liability is limited to the provision of qualified chauffeurs/drivers.
    • - We are not liable for loss of personal property during service.
  • 9. Termination of Service

    • - Ridewell reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if the client engages in unlawful, abusive, or unsafe behavior.
  • 10. Governing Law

    • - These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
