Ridewell reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services where necessary.
3. Booking & Service Requests

- Messaging channels
- Email
- Partner arrangements
- Authorized Ridewell representatives.
Ridewell reserves the right to:
- Accept
- Decline
- Reschedule
- Cancel bookings based on operational, security, safety, or compliance considerations.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are expected to:
- Provide accurate booking information
- Behave respectfully
- Comply with safety instructions
- Use seat belts
- Avoid conduct that may endanger drivers, vehicles, or other passengers.
Customers must not:
- Engage in violence
- Harass drivers
- Transport illegal items
- Smoke inside vehicles
- Engage in unlawful activity during Ridewell operations.
Ridewell reserves the right to terminate trips where customer conduct is unsafe or inappropriate.
5. Driver & Operational Conduct
Ridewell drivers are expected to:
- Operate professionally
- Comply with traffic laws
- Maintain confidentiality
- Prioritize passenger safety
- Comply with Ridewell operational policies.
Ridewell may investigate complaints involving:
- Misconduct
- Unsafe driving
- Unprofessional behavior
- Operational violations.
6. Pricing & Payments
Service charges may vary based on:
- Distance
- Duration
- Vehicle category
- Waiting time
- Interstate travel
- Operational requirements
- Additional service requests.
Payments may be made through:
- Bank transfer
- Card payment
- Approved digital channels
- Other authorized methods.
Ridewell reserves the right to:
- Revise pricing
- Apply waiting charges
- Recover outstanding balances
- Suspend services for unpaid obligations.
7. Cancellation & Waiting Policy
Ridewell may apply cancellation or waiting charges where:
- Customers cancel late
- Drivers experience excessive delays
- Customers fail to appear
- Operational resources have already been deployed.
Ridewell reserves the right to determine applicable charges reasonably.
8. Safety & Security
Passenger and driver safety are top priorities.
Ridewell may utilize:
- GPS tracking
- Telematics
- Monitoring systems
- Communication systems
- Security procedures for operational and safety purposes.
Users are expected to cooperate with reasonable safety procedures.
9. Lost & Found
Ridewell shall make reasonable efforts to assist with recovery of lost items.
However:
- Ridewell does not guarantee recovery
- Shall not be liable for personal belongings left in vehicles.
Recovered items may be retained for a limited period before disposal where unclaimed.
10. Vehicle Condition & Third-Party Vehicles
Some services may involve:
- Partner vehicles
- Client-owned vehicles
- Leased vehicles
- Third-party fleet arrangements.
Ridewell shall make reasonable efforts to ensure operational standards but may not own all vehicles used in service delivery.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ridewell shall not be liable for:
- Indirect losses
- Missed appointments
- Traffic delays
- Weather disruptions
- Actions of third parties
- Unforeseen operational interruptions
- Events beyond reasonable control.
Ridewell’s liability may be limited where:
- Customers contribute to incidents
- Instructions are ignored
- Information provided is inaccurate.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
12. Force Majeure
Ridewell shall not be held responsible for service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Civil unrest
- Government actions
- Security threats
- Strikes
- Road closures
- Communication failures
- Emergencies.
13. Privacy & Data Usage
Use of Ridewell services is subject to the Ridewell Privacy Policy.

14. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Engage in illegal activity
- Transport prohibited items
- Damage vehicles
- Interfere with operational systems

- Misuse Ridewell services.

- Report unlawful conduct to authorities where necessary.

Ridewell may:

Parties are encouraged to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing formal legal action.
